ORDERING INFORMATION
Placing Orders
We take orders by phone, fax, and email or through personal meetings. Lead time of 2 working days is required for a reply to an order request or enquiry.
We only take orders above Rs.500/-.
Products will be sold as per their packaging e.g. Burs have to be sold in minimum of 6 pieces as the packing of Burs is 6 per pack.
Similarly Saw Blades are sold by the Gross (144 pieces). Individual pieces in most cases will not be sold.

Payment Terms
Credit can be given anywhere between Advance Payment against a Proforma Invoice or upto 30 days. However this depends on the customer’s relation with us and past payment record. Prices will vary as per credit terms. Offering credit is at the sole discretion of Markzz Enterprises.
Discounts are available for bulk orders. Larger the order the bigger the discount we provide. Again discounts are at the sole discretion of Markzz Enterprises.
Payments can be made in cash for all invoices below Rs.5000/-
For invoices above Rs.5000/- we only accept cheques and demand drafts. However we would prefer payment by cheque or demand draft over cash for all orders.
Delivery & Returns Policy
Within Mumbai goods are delivered through our own delivery personnel.
Outside of Mumbai we deliver the goods by courier or by Post Parcel. Customers can also arrange for the delivery if they so wish.
Besides their own individual packs the products are packed overall in cardboard cartons. The size of the cartons naturally depends on the number and type of items.
Care is taken to pack the items so as not to be damaged in transit.
Incase goods are defective from our side we take them back and replace them with fresh goods. If the goods are damaged during transportation, then unless insured, we do not replace those goods.
We can also take back goods whose packaging has not been broken and are unused. Goods will not be taken back if they are partially or completely used.
Export Orders are Welcome
Although currently we are not exporting our tools out of India, any queries are welcome provided that the order is substantial enough to take care of documentation costs.
